SBI ATM COMPLAINT


Sir ,
Here by I beg to inform you that I tried to draw Rs 12,000/- from ATM counter at AT road ,Near ASTC,Sivasagar at about 07-35 HRS on 12.12.2008. But, while processing to deliver money from ATM ,the electric power failed and processing stopped and I could not get any money .
After checking my balance at 08.37 hrs, it is found that Rs 1000/- was deducted from account. .
Thiswas brought to notice of state bank authority to credit Rs 1000/- to my SB A/C no 10637184069.SBI,ONGC BRANCH,SIVASAGAR :ASSAM,but no action ist aken yet
