    Default Money lost in IOB ATM from ICICI Bank Account

    Hi,

    This is regarding the ATM transaction i did with Indian Overseas Bank ATM with my ICICI debit card , when i tried to withdraw an amount of Rs.4500. But the transaction was unsuccessful and i didnt get even a transaction slip or money and when i checked online, I came to know that the amount was debited. When i called phone banking, i came to know that i have to wait for 12 days and they gave me this complaint number 135135825 and waiting for 12 days is not acceptable for me. Please credit the amount back to my account. I made a transaction after that for the same amount of Rs.4500 from Axis Bank ATM and it was successful and got the money. Request you to credit the amount ASAP for the money i lost from IOB ATM

    Default Rs 10000 was not reversed yet to ICICI bank account

    Dear Sir,

    On 5th Aug 10, ATM network problems were there, i was trying to withdraw some amount of money from my account. I tried several times with ICICI bank ATM and other bank ATMs also. Finally one transaction was successfully happened and I got only Rs 10,500. And the account balance should be Rs 45630 as on today. But it is showing Rs 35630. The transaction below Rs 10,000 is not yet reversed to my account.

    05/08/2010 NFS/CASH WDL/05-08-10/12:48:38/0 DR INR 10,000.00

    I am much worried about my missing money, so kindly request you to look into the issue at the earliest.

    I registered complaint with Customer Care officer of the ICICI bank and he told that the amount will be revered within 24 Hours. But it never happened so; again I called customer care and inquired about the status of the complaint and he is saying that it will take 12 working days. I am losing hope little by little whether i will get my lost money.
