I had lost my ATM card since 28.01.2010 and instantly locked and canceled my ATM facility through the telephonic procedure. However after two days I have got back the ATM card and following that I have submitted an application to the Branch manager on 2nd February 2010 for re-activate the same ATM card. But I am very sorry to express that till the date the above said card is blocked. I have been following up this matter since then with the respective authorities of the bank. Which have still been not solved and at present with lots of inconvenience I am continuing with my account in your bank. I’m very annoyed and helpless in such a situation. Even I applied second time for reinstating the ATM but in vain.
I have to submit you this, at the same day another two ATM cards of mine loses including another SBT (SBT Kulanada) and was also blocked then. But within two day after receiving my application for reactivation my ATM cards re activated. Please consider my situation and take necessary steps.
