DEAR SIR,
i hold an account with STATE BANK OF HYDRABAD p & sb branch kolkata. on 1st january 2010 i tried to take out cash from iob atm at free school street kolkata however the atm machine did not dispence cash of rs 4000/- . i had written a complaint to my branch and the number they gave me was 2080601011025663 dated 1st january 2010. after 2 months of visiiting the branch today i was informed that the iob has refused the complaint stateing that the machine had dispensed cash. i am in urgent need of funds and i dont know the what to do please sugest.
the details of transactions are
ref no. 000104705305 cash of rs 4000/- debited from my account but cash not dispensed.
ref no 000104705304 cash of rs 4000/- debited from my account and cash dispensed my the machine.
both the transactions were carried out on 1st january 2010.
please sugest what i should do.
