    Angry Complain against UPLETE SBI BRANCH (GUJARAT Dist. RAJKOT)

    Sir/Madam,
    I have a account in upleta branch in gujarat dist. RAJKOT. My a/c no. is 30152012690 Named Kachhela Prakash P(My Father). I made a transaction Rs 900 on 7th march 2009 in pune through ATM card for purchasing book in Retail shop. But during transaction one massage came .."transaction failed". then i paid cash..BUT in my account 900rs amount debited twice and credited only one time..AND in shopkeeper's account 0 RS.created.
    I send complainon on 7th march 2009 on helpline.lhoahm@sbi.co.in and my complain ticket No. is CC-1236430273546 . I didn't get response till now.
    I also went to my branch and i gave all document (application, transaction report of shopkeeper's account). But i didn't get any response from upleta branch manager till now. he said forget ur money....plss help me..:D

    We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to send a written notice to the CMD of SBI via registered post ( keep one copy with you, this may help if you need to knock the consumer forum ), mention all the details in it and ask them for the refund + 12% interest with in the mention time in the notice.
