Dear sir,

I have used my ICICI bank ATM to withdraw Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand rupees ) on 31/12/2009 around 06 pm from axis bank ATM at Port Blair middle point. But ATM machine has not dispensed money and on screen i found that your transaction is completed . i made a complain regarding this problem to ICICI bank , the bank has registered the complain no. SR128494985 and told me that your complain will be rrocessed with in 12 working days. When i have contact with bank after 12 working days , the bank representative told me that your transaction is sucessfull in all way. i can't help you. when i have told him that if you are unable to solve this problem i will go to consumer court. Then the bank repersentative has told me that you can go to consomer court. Then i have contact with nationaal consumer helpline delhi , i have given adviced that you write a complain regarding this to CMD ICICI bank Mumbai. I have write this complain but i have not got any responce.

On the same day night 7.55 pm I received the message from the ICICI bank stating that YOUR REQUEST SR130990199 IS REGISTERED ON 27-01-2010. IT WILL BE PROCESSED IN 12 WORKING DAYS FROM REQUEST DATE.
After that i have not received any feedback till 11/02/2010. On 10/02/2010 and 11/02/2010 after making near about 10 telephone calls to find out the status of my complaint, 11/02/2010 night ICICI branch manager Mr, Shyam told me that, As per them tranjaction has been completed and money cannot be reversed and once again he will cross check.

Please help me to get back my money , which I lost for none of my mistake.

On 19/03/2010 evening inbetween 4.15 pm and 4.30 pm i tried to withdraw the amount of Rs, 12,000/- at the ICICI ATM located in Thanjavur new busstand , using my ICICI bank ATM card, Mannargudi branch, Thiruvarur Dist. After entering my PIN number, the power supply was cut.I didnt receive my ATM card and the money. Please take immediate action to solve this problem.

Sir,
I had used ATM card bearing no :504645407020000955 on 22nd April 2009 for withdrawal of Rs.2000 at SBM ATM counter situated on old jewargi road ., Gulbarga Karnataka

Unfortunately I could not receive money for that transaction.

As I had to go to Haridwar for religious trip on the same day I could not report immediatly.
After reaching Gulbarga from the transaction on dated 22/4/2009 I came to know that Rs.2000 has been deducted from my account.
Please do the needful and kindly correct my balance.
