Dear Sir/Madam
I am complaining behalf of my wife Mrs. Nidhi Singh. She has a saving account in State bank of Bikaner and Jaipur in SMS Hospital Branch Jaipur account No. 51100354071. Her ATM card is not working from 4th January 2010. She has updated the account and there is Rs.3030 ammount in her account. She complained in the bank but bank persons are telling your account in negative balance Rs.6970. they are not going any clarification please suggests me where I have to complaint. She also talked to Manager he told me “You have to pay Rs.6970” without giving any clarification.
Please suggest me where I have to file complaint?
