I am a regular customer of ICICI bank. As I have lost the ATM Card, I have applied for a new one. Previously I was told that I will get it in 7 working days. After 7 Days over, when I am asking for a update not getting any response.

Tried to call the customer care number more than 10times ( in day time and night time ). Everytime it says, "Due to exceptional no of calls, we are not able to take your call ".
I have already emailed more that 3 times to get the update. No response yet.
I was been put on hold ( by IVR system ) for more than 40mins, when I called today and automatically phone got disconnected.
This is the bad customer service, I have never/ever seen.
They have already deducted Rs200/ amount for the new card, but still I have not got the card.
Atleast, they should give a call to me and update about the status as they are not doing this working in free and we are paying for that.
