I have been a customer of ICICI for almost 2 years.I have registered for the SMS service wherein if there is a transaction in my account one message should be forwarded into my mobile. Recently someone misused my debit card to take out 1.65 Lakh in 7 days. I didn't get a single message of all the transacranctions that were happening without my knowledge. I have put a3 mails to the branch manager through net banking but I didnt receive any response. Is this the way ICICI bank treats its customers. Its just because ICICI bank's fault that I had to loose 1.65 Lakhs. If there were alert message the very first transaction I would have blocked my card instantly.
