    Default replacement of damaged atm card



    name of the bank:state bank of india ashram road,incometax branch
    name of the bank accunt holder:pratiksha naresh shah
    bank account no :00000010295584663 atm card no:6220180262800097582
    the card has been damaged while widrawing the cash from atm slaught and has become useless.the request is made to replace the damaged card without the charges of rs.200/ as the damage card is on account of accident.

    Default Damage atm card has not replace fm 31st march 2012.

    Dear sir,
    I hv account in BANK OF INDIA MANINAGAR BRANCH A/C.NO.200810110000955.AND MY ATM CARD HAS BEEN DAMAGE AND I HV INFORM THE BANK ON 31ST MARCH BUT TILL TODAY THERE IS NO REPLY FROM THE BANK SO PLS DO THE NEEDULL.
