    Default Sbi atm card complain

    Sir
    I made a transaction from OBC bank atm on 10-12-2009 at around 10.10 AM
    Atm Id --- DA170027
    ADDRESSES--- GANGA SHOPPING COMPLEX
    SECTOR-29
    Noida (u.p)
    I was using my sbi atm card my card no is
    6220180377600014510 ,I made a transaction of 10000 but cash was not dispensed by ATM and my account was debited ,On the next day i made complain in my branch but till now i don't know the status of that , again i went to the bank on 3rd-jan-10 but he don't gave the complain no and said he will logg my complain again on 6th ,the bank manager of S.B.I wrote a letter to the OBC bank but they don't accept that ,they say S.B.I have to made a complain on there system ,i have no clue how and when i will get my money back ,Please help me out

    Hello,

    This is a very common problem, as you mentioned that you have already submitted a written application to the manager, but still they are not helping you, so we suggest you to send a written notice to the Bank Manager, Nodal Officer and the CMD of the bank via registered post. Mention all the details in it and ask them for the refund of full amount + damages + interest else you will drag them to the consumer forum.

    helllo sir my name is BIKRANT BORA & my account no is 31775957773.sbi branch no is 14140.plz send my atm card as soon as possible(20 june) because it has necessary for my government service.
