Subbject --ATM - No withdrawl cash but A/c was debited This is to inform: My account is with Canara bank, I.P. College Civil Lines, and Delhi Pin.110054. I attempted a transaction of Rs 5000 on 12/12/2009 from a PNB bank ATM, machine, situated at Raj pur raod, civil lines, Delhi. When I pushed my Canara bank’s ATM card, the transaction was unsuccessful, but still Rs.5000 was deducted from my account.I informed the Canara bank Manager with the attached slip of the failed transaction slip,
