Debit card problem andhra bank

Dear sir,

I want to lodge a complaint against indifferent behaviour of andhra bank located at vishrantwadi pune.

On 16th dec 2009, my wife and I went Andhra ATM to withdraw money. And while doing transaction , power failure occur and my wife's card got stuck into ATM machine.
Our card was with standard chartered bank.
There was such a pathetic service from this Bank that :
1) No UPS was installed on machine
2) there was no customer care number to call and get any help.
3) No branch no was there to get any help.
4) there was no Guard to get any help.

how can they provide such a bad service , i don't understand.
please take necessary action against bank for providing such a poor service.

I am A. Suresh may debit card no is 4688170592006581, i am internet using mobile recharge purpose, im useing wrong posward ,may debit card was locked, so please unlock me sir.
