I forgot my ICICI bank debit card in IndusInd ATM, and i have blocked that card but before that somebody misused and withdrawn Rs.500 from ATM and shopped Rs1000.I logged complaint in police station and i sent FIR copy and account details to bank, but after 2 months(now) they are saying it is my negligency to forgot my card in ATM so they are not responsible for that they will not return money, my concern is before purchasing anything from shop using Debit/Credit card the reader/device should ask for PIN without that any body can misuse the card, please inform RBI to obtain one rule for this & i need my money back.
