I tried to draw Rs. 1800/- from ATM located at Civic centre Jabalpur on 10th Aug 2009, but unable to get money through ATM, but money was debited from my saving account no. 10238034876 of SBI. After a long perusal I got my money back in my account on 17th Nov 2009, after a lapse of 100 days. As per RBI rules “Refund of money should take place within 12 days, otherwise Bankers have to pay Rs 100 per day to the account holder.” It is my submission to remit the penalty amount in my account.
