Sub:Money not got by ATM transaction but debited from my Account

Sir,

I have ATM card of ANDHRA BANK of Industrail Estate Branch, Bhimavaram. On dated 27/11/09 at time 11:49am I used card no 4688171016015000 at AXIS Bank ATM, Palakol. ATM ID - S1AC2161, record no - 2706 & 2707.

I put the card in ATM made the transaction for withdrawal of Rs. 500/- I did'nt received any amount, I got the ATM receipt "TRANSACTION DECLINED 072 UNABLE TO PROCESS". But from my account Rs. 500/- had been debited.

I am sure that this must be an error and I would like you re-credit the amount to my account.
