    Dear Sir,
    Subject:Withit draw Rs10000/- but the amount came out of the machine is only Rs 9000/-
    I am a ICICI bank account holder 15 days before i withitdraw Rs 10000/- from my account in canara bank ATM located in vadapalani subhiksha apartment,but i get only Rs 9000/- from the machine, but Rs 10000/- was deducted in my account.i found some number to complaint in case of discrepancy in the ATM centre and make a call but no body attend the call ,so i booked a complaint in ICICI bank they told me to wait up to 23rd of november we will update after getting the status from the canara bank.After 24th november i asked the status in ICICI bank, They said that they verified and the amount is fully paid and we will not reverse your amount.But i get only Rs 9000/- from the machine.After getting reply from the ICICI bank i spoke directly to the canara bank manager regarding this issue he said that if any mistaken happen we will get the alert message from that centre.we will not get any alert message in your case so, we can't do any thing regarding this issue.The receipt details is

    Canara bank people are saying we don't get any alert message but i get only Rs 9000/-.It means where that Rs1000/- gone,I was really upset for this kind of happening,I need justice the only evidence i am having is the receipt i got from the machine, but withitdrawl amout Rs10000/- was written in that receipt.

    Question Debit of Rs. 8000/- form account of ICICI bank without withdrawn of amount

    I Jagjiwanram B. Nisad, the account holder of ICICI bank since 1999-2000 and my salary and other transaction is being done in this account and using regularly ATM. My account number is 015801004290 and having Debit card no. -4213 9501 5800 1025 and my Home branch of bank is ICICI BANK, LIBERTY GARDEN, MALAD (W), MUMBAI-64.

    On dated 01.11.2010 at around 12:20 to 12:30 hrs, I tried to withdraw the amount of Rs. 8000/- from ATM No. S1CW3114 of ICICI bank at KANPUR but above said amount and receipt is not delivered by ATM and at the same time, the message “SORRY” was displayed on the ATM screen. So I again tried to withdraw the same amount of Rs. 8000/- from other ATM No. S1AN1328 of ICICI bank at KANPUR located in same KIOSK (KWIKFILL PETROL PUMP) at 12:33 hrs, said amount is delivered by ATM and received it but Rs. 16000/- ( Rs.8000/-+Rs. 8000/-) is debited from my account in place of Rs.8000/- on receipt.

    So I immediately informed to on duty security personal of the kiosk Mr. Mahendra Singh (Emp. Code-145, Fire ball) and he suggested me to complain in ICICI bank but bank personal suggested me to confirm the reversal of amount after 24 hr first and complain in customer care if the amount is not reversed. So I confirmed it on dated 02.11.2010 at 13:00 hrs but above amount is not reversed in my account.

    So I registered the complaint in customer care regarding above debit of amount from my account with request No. SR156737338 on dated 02.11.2010 but I got the message “SR156737338: Dear customer, we are unable to reverse the transaction as it has been fully paid for, as per our records in my registered mobile no. +919004498111 on dated 08.11.2010.

    So I registered the complaint in ICICI bank, Kanpur regarding above debit of amount with request No. SR157323892 on dated 09.11.2010 but again I got the message “SR157323892: Dear customer, we are unable to reverse the transaction as it has been fully paid for, as per our records in my registered mobile no. +919004498111 on dated 12.11.2010.

    So I again registered the complaint in ICICI bank, Kanpur regarding above debit of amount with request No. SR158248126 on dated 18.11.2010 but again I got the message “SR158248126: Dear customer, we are unable to reverse the transaction as it has been fully paid for, as per our records in my registered mobile no. +919004498111 on dated 22.11.2010.

    So I visited to my home branch of ICICI bank located in Sadguru Darshan, Liberty Garden, Road No. 3,MALAD(W), Mumbai.(MH)-400064 and submitted an application regarding debit of Rs. 8000/- with all details on dated 25.11.2010 but no any reply is received. So I again visited to my home branch and asked to the assistant branch manager for subsequent action and explained her my problem but she replied that our branch is not dealing any discrepancy of ATM withdrawn and suggested me to complain either in relevant police station or in consumer court/forum.
    So I’m writing this complaint with hope that above matter will be resolved and Rs.8000/- will be reversed in my account at the earliest.
