Cash didn't dispensed but amount was debited from the account

When i inserted a atm card in atm machine of State Bank of Indore located in Community centre Janakpuri then 6000/- get debited from my account but i have not received any cash. on dated 25 Sep 2009.
I registered a complaint at bank but no one is properly responding.
According to RBI Rule ATM issues must be settled within 12 day. Now more than 60 days are over but no response from branch.
I have a saving account with Canara Bank Pitampura.
Bank Name = Canara Bank.
Branch Name = DP-Block Pitampura branch
ACCNo = 1565101028715
Name:Avinash Kumar Singh
Date of incident = 25 Sep 2009
Amount Debuted = 6000/-

I have lots of pressure from my family . Please do the needful. Everybody from my family is shouting on me. I very mentally disturbed and this is imapacting on my day today activities . if this issue is not get resolve it may possible that I have suffered with heavy financial Pressure.

Sir/Madam,

I have a SBI saving account (10075133304) with IIP Branch, Dehradun (Uttarakhand). I have used Jogiwala Chowk SBI Bank ATM (ATM WDL-62201802359000015637061) on 01.12.2009 at 5.45.p.m. I have not got money but my account has been debited with the amount of Rs.4000/- which was to be withdrawn by me. I have made complaint in the branch of conerned bank.But till date no action has been taken.

Please help and guide me.

my a/c no.is 10097009552 withsbi ind.area jalandhar.iwent to withdraw rs.5000/ fromsbpatmlambapind on 5/5/2012 at 6.48a.m.i did not get cash but amt.debited in my .a/c.igave aletter to branch in this regardon 5/5/2012 but letter was ack. on 7/5/2012.ticket no of complaint is at42924773465.i have not recd.amt.so far.pl.do needful.ranjanagrover
