I am Wasimuddin I have a saving account No. 20004702519 in State Bank of India , branch Nizamuddin Delhi. I tried to withdraw 24000/- (Twenty four thousand only) rupees from Axis ATM Asaf Ali Road but I didn’t get money from the ATM . Total amount of 24000/- rupees debited from my account. for this i also went to my home branch and i gave them a written complaint before five months but there is no any reply from them. I complained so many times I visited so many times I called so many times but Delhi customer care service is very bad i am sorry to say i never get any person online always kindly hold the line like this I always unfortunately didn’t get any concerned answer from the bank only they said we dont know about this we cant help you do what u want to do. Sir if they couldn’t help us then why they are sitting on the May I help you counter.

Sir, after seven months SBI, Nizamuddin authority says “You should complaint in Axis Bank we can not do anything “ after that I visited in the Axis Bank to give them same complaint they said to me we can not accept your complaint you are not our customer but sir I used your ATM so your are also the one party. If you considered this matter so tell me please what is your decision about because I am not getting any concern reply from any where.

It is too much later up to seven months. I given my details of transaction below . We are a middle class family so 24000/- Rs. is a very big amount for me. I can provide you the Axis bank ATM ID if require in other Fax/E-mail. So kindly take good action and clear my account immediately.

Dear Sir/Madam
This is Shivananda Pujar.K.T and I am having my account in Oriental Bank Of Commerce and the account no is 08262151002605 . Yesterday on 07.04.2010 I checked the balance in the AXIS bank atm situated in Yelahanka old town near Shushrusha Nursing Home and I tried to withdraw the amount but I got the message HOST off line after some time I tried for the same amount then also I got the same error message . Then after I went to the OBC bank ATM there i took a mini statement then in that the amount had been deducted from my account.
