With reference to the above we hereby like to inform you that I went to your ATM located at Kharghar on 08.11.09 to withdraw the cash of Rs.16000/-, but cash not received through your ATM due to some problem in your ATM Machine which showed Transaction Cancelled. But the amount of Rs.16000/- is debited through my Saving Account.

So kindly give me the credit of Rs.16000/- in my saving account which is not received by me through your ATM at urgently basis.
