icici atm locator

    Default icici atm locator

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    This is Madhavi Latha Neeli, who is the customer of ICICI bank, Secunderabad
    Branch,S.D Road, Andhra Pradesh.

    Bearing the ICICI Account number is 004801567906.

    From Morethan 1 Month I got tortuted with giving Emails and calling to ICICI
    customer care centres, still they are not giving proper answers for my loss of
    money. same answers everytime they are giving , not understanding my problem, even I
    sent mail with snapshots.

    2 times I requested for video clipings of ATM,No response from ICICI team.
    Here I am attaching snapshots along with clear explanation for clear Information.
    Plz kindly have the glance at attached snapshot of statement before reading my
    concerns.

    My Concerns:
    ---------------------
    --> From attached screen, please check 7th row i.e. 7th transaction available i.e.
    04/07/2009 balance is 4,670 Rupees….

    --> for 8th row / 8th transaction --> On 5th July from Mothi nagar, ATM My Hubby
    tried to withdrawal 3000 Rupees, In ATM after entering my pin number and amount. The
    system turned off, asked to security person for the reason, he told nothing will
    happen please use another machine….this is the reason in statement showing in
    withdrawal amount is 3000, but transaction got failure as system got turn off….. for
    8th transaction the System displaying date & time is 05-07-2009 / 21:16:27 seconds

    --> From 9 th row / 9th transaction --> because of the 8th transaction failure as
    system got turn off, may be your system again revert backed that 3000 amount to my
    account. That’s what the system is showing ATM reversal withdrawal amount [statement
    description itself showing that ATM reversal withdrawal amount]. This is the amount
    ICICI people are getting confusing and deducting amount from my account.

    ….. for 9th transaction System displaying date & time is 05-07-2009 / 21:16:27
    seconds [Both 8th & 9th transaction time is same plz check]

    -->10 Th transaction is that, in another machine went and withdrawal the amount of
    4,000Rupees.means now in my account balance is 670 rupees. ….. for 10th transaction
    System displaying date & time is 05-07-2009 / 21:18:53 seconds

    --> 11th Transaction is the Fake transaction i.e. up to 10th transaction time is
    21:18:53 , but 11th transaction is showing that 21:17:49 , means 1 minute
    before….again it is showing as withdrawal of 3000 Rupees, How it can happened..

    1) Here first doubt is that , if transaction is true , it shoud be commit as before
    10th transaction.
    2) After 10th transaction my balance is 670, but how the system accepted for 3000.

    --> 12 th transaction, I dontknow what is that at all 31 rupees of withdrawal….
    So once again I am clearly requesting that first 3000 amount not happened from
    machine, so itself revrsal happened that amount ICICI people are mistaken that its
    happened wrongly

    --> 13th Transaction is that ICICI people deducted rupees from my salary amount.

    The pain is that , just the ICICI team is blindly hanging to one answer , my query
    not at all understanding, nearly 10 mails I sent with different clear explanations.

    Really I lost my patience and I am feeling that I tortured like any with same
    answers by ICICI Team. ICICI team is Explaining that there is No mistake.

    wihtout my permission/satisfaction they closed my complient
    [My Complient Number : SR121915254]

    Please kindly requesting for justification.
