Dear sir,
I am Gulshan Kalra.I have my saving a/c with State bank of Bikaner and Jaipur.My saving ac/no.is 61039565167 and my Atm card no. is 6002061033200025721. I have done a transaction on 6/12/2008 of Rs 2500 but the ATM machine didn't vended the cash. The amount was deducted from my account but i didn't recieved any amount.I have made the complaint so many time against this at Karol Bagh Branch(Home branch).But no action has been taken yet. Neither they have given the any reply nor they tried to solve my problem.I am in fix what to do and how do get my money back.
Kindly look into this matter and reply as soon as possible.
