on 15 sep 2009 i visited to withdraw Rs 2000/ from ICICI ATM at mahipal pur at new delhi.
cash not dispended from ATM Machine but amount was debited from A/C and I tried again to with draw same money
then result was same . So Rs 4000/ has been debited from my A/C.
I complaint in my branch on 20 sep 2009 regarding this problem. on 07 oct 2009 Rs 2000/ has been credited in my A/C. Again I complaint in my branch on 20 JAN 2010regarding balance Rs 2000/.From 15 sep 2009 to till date Rs 2000/ not credits in my A/C.
what can I do bank manager told me it is depend on the ICICI.

I had operated my ATM card on 10th november 2010, Time 16:26 at Bank of Baroda ATM At kalyan (W). I used my IDBI ATM Card to withdrew 10,000 Rs. But after the transaction i didnt receieve any money from the ATM , and later on when i removed furtehr 5000 Rs. When i took the mini statement i realised that i have debited for 10,000 rs which i was never given. So plz look into the matter as i come from a very low income family. PLease sort out my problem at the earliest as i am in desperate need of money.

Sir,

I have operated my atm on 4-10-2011 between 4-30 to 5 pm. I try to take 4000 Rs but I did not get any money or any slip from that ATM [I have try to taken money from South Indian Bank ATM Olarikkara Thrissur] meanwhile ATM screen shows your transcation to possible. I have waited almost 20 minutes after this operation. but no response. Later I have checked balance so i came to know I lost Rs 4,000. I have coplaited to my bank, now 25 days over still now they did not take any action. So please do the needful
