my name is Vinay Sharma i have an a/c 3980000100103999 with PNB delhi anand vihar branch on 17/11/2009 when i was in Jaipur regarding my work i tried to redeem money from ICICI ATM code S1CD2046 of amount Rs 500+400=900 Rs, i have receive an error message for network not responding & on the same day i talk to the branch manager from PNB 5 batti jaipur branch she said you will this money will be refund into your a/c in the evening however still its not showing, previously the same thing happend however which was fixed by the PNB anand vihar branch people after giving them application regarding deduction of rs 500 from my a/c, please re-deposit rs 900 into my a/c.

Really this is very bad expirence with PNB as this is the second time i am facing the same issue.

I had operated atm of pnb on 3.9.2009 and put a reqiest for rs. 3000/- but machine failed to withraw the same amount

some time later i am going to bank for entry of my pass book, i am surprised to see that rs. 3000/= debited in my account, then i contact call centre as per advised of staff of pnb, maharani bagh, i had loaged a complaint vide dox no. 2005161 dtd 22.9.2009, but till date no such amount credited in my account

therefore, you are requested to kindly see this matter and credit rs. 3000/= in my account asap
