Hi all,

I am Naveen. my salary account is with ICICI Bank. recently two months back i tried with drawing cash from a non-ICICI ATM which ICICI has provided me privilege. I tried for two transactions 10k, 10k of which only first was successfull, second time i didn't get any cash. but when i called customer care those poeple have told me both the transactions are done. so, i have raised a compliant against it, they have told me to wait for 8 working days. after that they told me other bank cliams that the transaaction is successfull and they still need time to investigate futher with VISA(third party) for another . i.e., 45 working days. i waited for 20 days and again called customer care for staus update. the person told me that VISA has approved that transaction was not successfull and they will pay back my money after 45 days. but now after 45 days they say that the transaction was successfull and they are not going to pay back my money.

please let me know how to move forward,
am new to consumer court.
