Yesterday(12/10/2009) at 19:04, I went to ATM and tried to withdraw amount
of Rs Nine thousand(9000) from Machine HDFC Bank Of India AT KOHAT ENCLAVE
-NEW DELHI ATM .NO- is E1AWDH10.
But I faced some Major ATM Hardware Machine problem. Machine Had Deducted
the amount from account but I did not received the amount.
Now The problem is,Rs 9000 has been deducted from my account but I have not
received the cash,
Dear sir today morning i goes to ICICI Delhi Pitampura branch . but branch
manager is not accepting any application regarding this matter . i already
camp lane to HDFC BANk also . Please help me out to sort this matter
soon.

I did transaction of 500 rupees from HDFC ATM bank thru ICICI ATM card my
ICICI account number is 002101557850(Arun Kumar) and ATM card No. is
4216270021075321 but due to network snag I could not get my money but amount
of 500 rupees have been deducted from my account which still I have not got
it is 5 days long matter.
However I have noted my complaint in ICICI bank as well as customer care my
complaint number is SR121442347.
So please do somethins asap

What the bull shit i happening i dont know. Really the HDFC bank customer service
is worst.
Still i have not received the PIN number and also i have not received the No
objection certificate letter for the Jumbo loan from your end. What non-sense i
happening there i have called so many times but my issues not yet resolved. Please
issue me another PIN number as i haven't not net received its very urgent.
Take necessary action for the above two issues and confirm me on priority.
