this is to inform you that i am using sbi atm debit card since from two years, the card was damaged just before few days before, my card no is 6220180045500075671. my name is RAHUL AKARAM PATIL, ADDR-MAHESH BHAGWAN YADAV, 88/1, ANU KRUPA NIWAS, OPP. PRITAM LODGE, NARVEER TANAJIWADI, SHIVAJINAGAR, PUNE-411005. PH. NO. 9970922845.i had applied for new atm from sbi branch. i had blocked my old card and its ticket no. is 20090918404821.the new card was issued on my above mention address but as i had shifted from above address the atm has been returned back by speed post department. i expect my card to be delivered on my new address-SAMBHAJI B SHEDAGE, 184,B,SHANIWAR PETH,BEHIND HEAD POST OFFICE, MULIK CHOWK,KARAD-415110.DIST-SATARA(M.S).
Please do the needful,or if any problem to deliver on my new address please send it at my sbi pune city branch, vijay chambers, sadashiv peth,near bharat natya mandir , pune-411030.

To sort out such kinds of Banking complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the concerned Bank and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. Keep a copy of that letter with you so that if the Bank fails to give you any solution, you can forward your complaint to the Banking Ombudsman.
