SBI ATM FRaud--Huge Amount Debited From my account Dear Sir,
This is in reference of one of my account ( Surendra Nath Pandey) No is 011076007235 (SBI Main Branch Allahabad, I am A central government Employee working for FCI .
0n 22nd , June 2009 i was withdrawing money (RS 500/=) from sbi atm in Johnston Ganj (Allahabad) but due to transaction error (electronic error) Time out money was not dispensed . when i checked my balance 20000 / - (15000 & 5000) amount was debited from my account i dont knoiw how its possible that some one has taken 20000 rupees from my account if the ATM Card is with me.. my account no is 011076007235. i have been in regular contact of my home branch manager but they people are not taking it seriously, as its already been 3 months time but i still waiting for their reply.
Whenever i go and check with them they have just one statement to give that nothing can be done from here (allahabad) you go and check with mumbai head office i have spoeken to the CRM Head Mr. Karthikeyan Rao in mmbai head office and he too asked me too wait untill they get all varification from the concerned branch then anyhow i got the chief manger 's contact number and spoken with him too but he was more interested in emphasising on giving reply to my mail instead of sorting out the issue.....till now i havent got any satisfactory reply from their side... being a physically unfit person i am not able to go behind all your concerned personnel and branches..so finally i thought to write this to you directly..i hope you will surely help me in getting my money back.
As you can easily understand that for A government Employee how much importance one month salary has in his financial life .i am in totally dark that what i should do. i am in need of that money In coming November i have my daughter's marriage so i was saving all my hard earned money so will you sit quiet if anyone takes away your hard earned money like this.

Dear Ms. Pandey,
To sort out such kind of Banking complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the concerned Bank and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. If the Bank fails to provide you any help in that time frame then you can send your written complaint to the RBIs Banking Ombudsman division.

Money Deducted to my account Dear Sir,
I am narendra soni,Account Holder of SBI Dadar Millenium Branch mumbai.My problem is that Some day back i have lost my ATM Card,so i have applied it in same branch.They have deducted new atm card charges 200 rs on 08-sept-09.Now main issue is that They have again deducted 200 rs for it on 01-oct-09 for same.
So kindly Request please submit my money on my SBI account on higher priorty.
