    Default fault by pnb atm for non. recd. of cash but deduction of payment

    I am Harvind Kumar Sharma, I have a joint  A/C in PNB
    Bank- 146 1000 100 216369.

    When ,i used the PNB ATM on Date-25/08/09 , deduction of Rs. 15000/- in
    my account but not received the payment.

    When ,I complain in the PNB Bank on Date-27/08/09,they noted the complain and gave
    complaint receipt no.-19163827,  reply to wait 20 days for debit the cash, but
    till date no solution for my problem.

    I am helpless for the fault of PNB ATM.

    Default Not received cash Rs 5000/by using pnb ATM card in SBI ATM

    Dear Sir,
    I have withdwral Rs 5000/ from ATM of SBI Kutchery Meerut by using PNB ATM card on 22.Sep.09 but did not get the amount, so I tried again and second time I got Rs 5000/ but amont deducted from my A/c was Rs 10000/. I got only Rs 5000/ in second try but bank has deducted an amount of Rs 10000/.The bank is saying it will take 10-15 days but 12 days has been passed and nothing has happened. Sir please get my money back as soon as possible I will be highly thankful to you.

    Dear All,

    To sort out such kind of Banking complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the concerned Bank and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. If the Bank fails to provide you any help in that time frame then you can send your written complaint to the RBIs Banking Ombudsman division.

    sir,
    I am biswajitjana, I have a joint& A/C in PNB
    Bank-panjub national bank(mugbasan)
    account no-5953
    When ,i used the SBI ATM in durgapur-12 on Date-8/3/10 at 18:07 from my PNB ATM CARD to take 400/ there problem is occured that I did not get the amount but balance is reduced.
    so please return my money-400/as soon as posssible.I am helpless for the fault of PNB ATM.

    When ,i used the pnb ATM in meerut evbz branch on Date-28/02/10 at 15:22 from my PNB ATM CARD to take 8000/ there problem is occured that I did not get the amount but balance is reduced.
    so please return my money-8000/as soon as posssible.I am helpless for the fault of PNB ATM.

    I am roshan singh dhama account no.4038000100104579 in punjab national bank(meerut UP).
    I have used other branch atm in kalina(maharashtra) on 7 april 2010 and i have not not received Rs5800 but the amount was deduced from my account.so please return my 5800 as soon as possible.

    I would like to inform you that, I am the Account # 0512000100329487 holder in your Bank through branch Aminagar Sarai Disst: - Baghpat (250606) U.P



    Last month 11-11-11 I went to withdraw an amount of 15,000 INR. From my account through ATM (Aminagar Sarai) I went lot of time their mostly & I found stuck up that ATM machine but this time ATM shows dispensed my cash but I did not received anything. I complaint it with the Branch manager they give us a toll free no # 56531895 to complaint. We registered our complaint & they give us 10 days time & said that your money will be back in your Account within 10 days. After giving period we call again they said us that they cancel our Request. Then we give an application to branch manager he show us a deduction list that money already withdraw from your account & he can't do anything.



    Now I am requesting to you kindly investigate in this regard & give me my money back which I couldn't get up to now.
