Hi sir i have an account in sbi kusumi air force branch. On november 15 , 2008 i withdrawn rs10000 from surajgarh sbbj(10135) atm rajasthan but rupees 7000 extra deducted from my account which was not withdrawn by me. I reported this matter to my home branch on dec 8 2008. They told me that we will send this query to sbbj branch surajgarh. After it every time i goes to bank they says that we have sent your query to sbbj bank branch surajgarh. When i went to bank they told of that we did not receive boy query from sbi gorakhpur. Now more than 10 months gone but every time tells that we are trying. I am totally hopeless that i will get my money back.
