Dear Sir,
I have an account in Canara Bank, Perambur, Chennai. I have applied for ATM Card and Internet Banking on Aug 05, 2009. After a month passed and being no response from the bank regarding ATM Card and Net Banking, I contacted Customer care. They said that it will be delivered to the branch within two weeks. After two weeks, I made another call and they said that it will take another week. And when I contacted the third time, I got the information that my ATM card application as well as Net Banking Application form has not been submitted from my bank to the concerned department. And when I contacted the branch, thay are asking me to fill and submit a new form without any apology having the mistake on their side. Hence, I am lodging a complaint against the Canara Bank located at Perambur for their poor service
provided to their customers.
