    Default Complaint fo Poor Service

    Dear Sir,

    I have an account in Canara Bank, Perambur, Chennai. I have applied for ATM Card and Internet Banking on Aug 05, 2009. After a month passed and being no response from the bank regarding ATM Card and Net Banking, I contacted Customer care. They said that it will be delivered to the branch within two weeks. After two weeks, I made another call and they said that it will take another week. And when I contacted the third time, I got the information that my ATM card application as well as Net Banking Application form has not been submitted from my bank to the concerned department. And when I contacted the branch, thay are asking me to fill and submit a new form without any apology having the mistake on their side. Hence, I am lodging a complaint against the Canara Bank located at Perambur for their poor service
    provided to their customers.

    Dear Sir,

    To sort out such kind of Banking complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the concerned Bank and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. If the Bank fails to provide you any help in that time frame then you can send your written complaint to the RBIs Banking Ombudsman division. The address is:

    Default Icici ---------------------- worst ever

    i am faing a such a poor service with ICICI abnk for the past one month for the simple request, i applied for debit card ,they deducted 300rupees from my account they dispatched to my home but they didnt dispatched properly printed password for the same , i asked customer care they told it is vendor problem , so give us manual request for the same , again i given manual request they taken another nine days to dispatch but agian they dispatched empty password sheet to my home again i called customer care to generate pin through phone but they didnt they apologized me and asked to give another manual request and waiting for my pin for the past one and half month .. ICICI sucks ................my advice is dont open account in ICICI ..
