Me & my wife went to country club delhi (Saket) on June 3rd (I filled form in one of the big bazaar. I really dont know why big bazzar allow thesecheaters in their premises?) and after 1 hour presentation, they trapped us to buy membership @ 60000/- for 10 years & I paid Rs 10000/- upfront. For remaining balance the country club personnel told that they will arrange for hdfc credit card within two days. Also I got verbal confirmation that, I will get my holiday slot in country club(simla/manali). In return for my payment I have not recd any document & when I asked them told, the documents will be sent to my residence address & by mail.

after 2 days there is no call from country club & when I inquired they told, they will process the credit card and give slot for my holiday. But after 7 days when I called them they told, we are sorry we could not provide you holiday slot now. Then I had doubt whether these people cheating me? (No news about credit card). Then I started asking them o refund money. The gentlemen told we will process your request & do the needful within 2 days. This went for 30 days & every alternate day, I used to call the country club people (delhi Saket), even in my international travel I spent about Rs 2500/- in phone call calling country club people.

Day before yesterday when Icalled that gentlemen, he told he left the job & promised to give cell noof responsible person. but no reply after that. And yesterday I called customer care & later by evening I got call from them. after explaining all story again, their simple answer if "WE CANNOT REFUND THE MONEY".

This is really frustrating & I come to know that Country club is a biggest cheater & No 1 fraud company.

My friends be aware of it. Also note when some one ask you fill form(specially country club) at any of big bazaar or any other place, pls do not share your cell no or personal detail. Country club have such a racket where they will trap you to take your money
