I lost my baggage on 25th April while travelling by Ethiopian Airlines. I had checked in my baggage at Delhi International Airport, Terminal-T3 with the Ethiopian Airlines.
My Flight details were as follows:
ET 689 DEL(DELHI) TO ADD(ADDIS ABABA) 25 APR 2012
ET 851 ADD(ADDIS ABABA) TO LAD(LUANDA) 25 APR 2012

I had to collect my bag at Luanda. After I landed at Luanda, I could not find my bag and informed the same to the Ethiopian Airlines staff. They generated a file reference. But, I have not been able to trace my bag till now. It has already been 25 days since I lost my bag but nothing has been done yet by the Ethiopian Airlines. I have mailed the Ethiopian Airlines Offices at Delhi, Addis Ababa various times but of no help. They have not been able to trace or locate my bag.

COLOUR/ TYPE OF BAG: BLUE BAG, BRAND:VIP(SOFT MATERIAL) WITH HANDLE AND WHEELS; WRAPPED IN WHITE PLASTIC.
CONTENTS OF BAG: LADY CLOTHES(JEANS,T-SHIRTS,TOPS,SUITS,SAREE WITH BLOUSES,GOWNS), COSMETICS,TOILETRIES, BANGLES IN BOX ,SMALL GOD IDOLS, DOCUMENTS.

I very urgently need my bag as I am on a ship with my husband and I am the only lady here and I don't even have sufficient clothes to wear. I had very important documents also in the bag.
ITEMS IN THE BAG WERE WORTH 1.25 lacs and I want to drag Ethiopian Airlines to consumer court as nothing has been done by them. I need a full compensation of my items lost and the physical, mental and financial loss that I have suffered in last 1 month.

Please look into the matter as somebody has to be held accountable for my loss. Either, they need to trace my bag or they have to pay me the full compensation of 1.25 lacs.
