Hi,

I booked ticket for my family (my wife aged 33 years, my child aged 4 years and an infant-in-lap aged 1 year) under reservation code 52IRHA . While I was online on Lufthansa's website to book the tickets for them website showed the fare (in INR) as follows

Adult: 27850 (fare) + 33674 (taxes) = 61524 (total for 1 adult)
Child: 20965 (fare) + 33333 (taxes) = 54298 (total for 1 Child)
Infant: 3055 (fare) + 4115 (taxes) = 7170 (total for 1 infant)
TOTAL : 122992 (I have a snapshot of this fare)
Then I applied a discount coupon (BKUC4I0H27KS) of INR 2500 the total was reduced accordingly (basically Adult fare+ taxes came up as 58900 and total was 120368). I continued and filled all the required details of passengers, and the fare was 120368, I entered my card details and went onto Visa Secure website to authenticate my payment. But when I received the ticket and message from card issuing bank the total amount charges was INR 153852.00 details as mentioned below.

	27850.00	+	33550.00	x	1 Adult	=	INR	61400.00
	27850.00	+	33674.00	x	1 Child	=	INR	61524.00
	27850.00	+	5578.00	x	1 Infant	=	INR	33428.00
	Voucher					=	INR	2500.00
	Total Price for all passengers					=	INR	153852.00

Basically fare for Child and Infant was increased without any prior information (which I believe is never possible, for infant-in-lap and Child of 4 years).

Since then I have written twice to Lufthansa and called 3 times but It has not been resolved.

1st Contact: On 8th May 2012, Written (sent from their website under compliment & complaints) was sent on 8th May at around 1:00am, I received an automated reply from 'Your Lufthansa.com Technical Support' <imailcpt-noreply@globaltelesales.co.za>; Subject: Re: Your request dated 08.05.2012 14:49 (COM-188661). No revert since then.

2nd Contact: On 8th May 2012, I called 1800 102 5838 and spoke to Web support team(which was based overseas) and explained the matter, representative agreed ans said we will investigate and get back in some time.

3rd Contact: On 10th May 2012, Called 0124 4888888 (local Lufthansa office) and spoke to reservation executive, she suggested since I booked online, I should write to <esale@dlh.de>

4th Contact: On 10th May 2012, written to <esale@dlh.de> . I received an automated reply from <crelation.in@dlh.de>; Subject: Your comment has been registered under FB-ID 21578397.

5th Contact: On 14th May 2012, Called 0124 4888888 and spoke to Web support team(which was based overseas), but till now they don't have anything on records.



I am writing to Consumer court to seek your hep in getting this sorted on urgent basis, and get the refund of additional amount charged. I am attaching the snapshot of the fare which was shown to me on Lufthansa's website at the time of booking.
