1. i am major pk singh.2. i have traveled from Allahabad to Hyderabad by air india flight ai 9812 and ai 126.
3. i have not received my baggage tag number ic050700 when i reached hyderabad.
4. the ai staff at hyderabad airport has been assuring me of return of my baggage but without doing any action for the same.
5. needless to say i am facing a great difficulty without my baggage due to the incompetent and irresponsible behavior of air india staff.
6. it has been forced by MOD to all army officers to travel by AI therefore i have undertaken my journey from your air lines, but this behavior and lack of responsibility on your part towards the customer is not expected.
7. it is requested that my baggage may please be traced and send to me.
