    Default Jet Airways Cancelled Tickets Refund



    Dear Sir,

    I have cancelled following four tickets from Chennai(MAA) to Kochi(COK) on 27th Feb 2012. Till now, i havent recevied money back. I have called customer care several times, but i didnt get any response. Could you please help me in getting my cancelled tickets money back ?

    Arrow Failed transaction

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have tried to book a ticket from chennai to coimbatore on
    10-May-2013. Cash had been debited from my account. But, I could get the ticket on next page.

    The failed transaction detail is this.

    (10-May-2013) TO TRANSFER
    INB Jet Airways JET_AIR Payments MSBI2991642768IGI3356145 TRANSFER TO 31014960840 BILLDESK TRANSACTION A 6,474.00

    and

    I tried once again to book, and i got the ticket this time.

    The Success transaction details is this.

    10-May-2013 (10-May-2013) TO TRANSFER
    INB Jet Airways JET_AIR Payments MSBI2991651820IGI3358406 TRANSFER TO 31014960840 BILLDESK TRANSACTION A 6,623.00

    How long it will take to refund the failed transaction amount.
