Dear Sir/Mam,



I travelled from GAU to DEL on 30Aug.09 By FLT IT3340 under PNR : GBLUGW.



I checked in baggageat GAU and on reaching home I noticed the that some of my
items were missing from my bag including my collection of silver items valued at
over Rs.20,000.00.(Rs. Twenty thousand)



I called your toll free no 1800 233 3535 and spoke to one of the agent Ms.
Sharaddha who recorded my report on my PNR and said that someone will call me on my
cell no.I even asked her for the DEL airport no for IT so that I could lodge a
complaint but she told me that there was no ph no at the airport and gave me your
email add to report the matter.



I have not heard any thing yet.In view of the above you are requested to look in to
the matter and raise a PIR for my baggage so that in case it is not trace able I can
lodge for damages for my lost items.
