MakeMyTrip - International Travel NO REFUND !!!


Make My Trip International Ticket - We will never get the refund. They come up with stories - BE CAREFULL !!!


I had booked international ticket from India (Bangalore - Melbourne) for my family. While booking - I was told it is One Year Open Ticket and when I wanted to DATE CHANGE - I was asked to pay huge ticket difference (almost double the amount)


I ended up cancelling the Ticket on December 6th. As of Today (Febraury 11th) - I have not recieved the refund.

Everytime I call up they come out with stories. Initially I had provided my NRE SAVINGS A/C - They said they are having problems in transferring the amount.


Next they asked my to provide my relative account - I provided my brothers SAVINGS A/C and still they have not processed the refund.


SO FAR - I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY MAKE MY TRIP THAT MY REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 72 HRS AND NUMEROUS EMAILS APOLOGISING FOR THE DELAY.


I AM YET TO RECIEVE 1.65 LAKHS REFUNDS - SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT


I WILL BE PROVIDING ALL THE DETAILS IN THIS POST SOON - YOU CAN'T JUST BELIEVE HOW MAKEMYTRIP RUNS BUSINESS !!!
