My Flight from Mumbai – Hydrabad was delayed by 1hrs 15 min .
Early morning I got confirmation via SMS that my flight is delayed.

When I reach Mumbai airport, I Confirmed at Ticket counter stating that “ As I have a connecting flight from Hyderabad to Bhubaneswar which is scheduled at 10.15 hrs . and my thisflight (Mumbai – Hyderabad) is delayed by 1 hrs 15 min . will I get the same flight”.

Lady who was sitting at the counter assured me the both are jet flights , so there is no issue that flight will wait till we will reach to bhubneshwar. I will not face any problem.
At the time of boarding the flight also I confirmed with the staff, they also assured me the same thing . that flight is also delayed. After confirming twice I boarded the flight.

When I Landed at hydrabad , ground staff told me that hydrabad – bhubneshwar flight already took off and guided me to the jet ground staff.
I told them whole story and requested them to arrange in some other flight as my presence was required at Bhubaneswar. marriage function was there & Same Night(2130 hrs. ) I had a train booking from Bhubaneswar to Nagpur( pnr No 6102380164).

Ground staff told me that there is only one flight indigo which was coming from delhi – hydrabad-bhubneshwar scheduled at 1730 hrs ( approx.) they can arrange if seat will be available as I was coming from delhi.
I requested them to arrange as there was no other option , they again called me and told if seat will not be there than they will not able to help.
I requested them as my presence was required and nite train booking was terev from bhubneshwar to Nagpur.
They told me as my final destination is Nagpur to they can arrange ticket for Nagpur, there was a direct flight from hydrabad to nagapur scheduled at 1150hrs . they pressurize me to board that flight as there was no other direct flight for Nagpur also ..and I boarded the flight for Nagpur.


This was a sheer negligence form jet ground staff who guided me wrong, despite of asking twice they gave wrong feed back.
Because of that I faced this problem.
Generally Mumbai – Nagpur flight cost 3500-5000/- and flight timing is 1hrs 15 min, but due to negligence of Jet staff I payed 12710 /- with 8 hrs. of flight time
My train booking was wastage of money .

I Called jet air ways customer 91 22 3989 3333 , spoke to Ms.Rekha at 1635 hrs. on Saturday 04.02.2012 , to lodge a complaint against this matter ,
But she guided me to wrote a mail to guestrelations@jetairways.com.


Request you to please inquire the whole matter , and refund my amount.
