Hi,

I am Ankit Sharma. I had booked a 2 way ticket at yatra.com on 2-FEB-2011. While on the payment page after i made the payment of Rs. 9891 for tickets (Bangalore to Delhi [18th FEB] + Delhi to Bangalore[26-FEB]) the page failed to load and returned the error. The transaction was failed but, the balance of Rs. 9891 was deducted from my account immediately (for which i received an SMS alert). I didn't even get any reference number for booking neither i got any confirmation mail for the booking on my e-mail id.

On contacting my bank, it was informed to me that the transaction was not settled by the merchant (Yatra.com) and i was given the following numbers related to the failed transaction with yatra.com (and was suggested to contact them to settle this amount):

Trace Number: 752665
Order Number: CCA12BBVW798

I have contacted them but i didn't get any replies back yet neither any confirmation of amount was informed to me.

Kindly escalate the case to the Consumer Court so they could take the appropriate actions against this scam and could refund my amount.
