Dear Forum,
This is to inform you that I am facing a issue of baggage lost which had happened due to the mistake of the spicejet staff.
VIP Strolley Bag containing Expensive Clothes and some very important documents.

Details mentioned as follows:
1. Name: Kanika Parmar
2. Flight Route: Bangalore -Delhi
3. Dated: 31st January 2012
4. PNR No.H8IQDB
5. Flight No. SG216

The customer care was complained about the matter. On failing to trace the bag they aggreed to give a compensation of Rs 1600 which is not acceptable.
The valuation of the bag:
VIP strolley bag Rs 3500
Contents inside worth Rs 8000
Kindly suggest me that if my total valuation is of the Rs 12000 should I accept a compensation of just Rs 1600/-. I appeal to the esteemed forum to get juctice to me.
