Respected Sir,
I Kanika Parmar had traveled from Bangalore to Delhi by SpiceJet flight No. SG216 on 31st January 2012. O n reaching Delhi Airport I watted for my luggage on conveyor belt for long time & then I realized my luggage was missing.

I then lodged a complaint with duty officer regarding my non-receiving of checked in luggage. Duty officer acknowledged my complaint and gave me complaint no.26378 and informed status will be informed within 24 hrs. But no one bothered to inform me.

After a long wait I logged case no 154748 with the Spice jet call center. There also did not took my case seriously and promptly. After their two days of investigations they called me up and told me they were unable to trace my bag & offered me Rs 1600 in lieu of loss.
Sir my luggage had my all basis essentials, my clothes, shoes and my documents. The compensation is very negligible.
The entire episode has given me mental agony and stress, also financial loss also.

I request you to please look into this matter and provide me justice and compensation.
