I booked a ticket of indigo airlines with following details

And got it cancelled due to some reason with details as

Cancellation Date: 16 dec 2011 16:12:09
No of tickets to be canceled: 1
Airline Cancellation Charges: 750.0
Ibibo Cancellation Charges: 250.0
Refund Amount: 2734.0

But I have not received any refund so far. I have called goibibo helpdesk more than 50 times. Everytime they apologize and say thar money will be refunded within 2-3 working days. But no solution.

I even lodged a complaint on 21st Jan 2012 with reference number 87011. It is clearly stated in the mail that my refund is pending and will be returned within 2-3 working days.

Helpdesk response is very unsupporting and abusive.

Please take necessary actions as soon as possible
