I had booked air ticket on go-ibibo for Chennai-Mumbai travel (Air India flight) on 24th Nov 2011 and cancelled this on 23rd Nov. Till date refund is not received. I have made numerous attempts vide calls (atleast 5 different requests) to call centre & many mails to them. Everytime I am promised that money will get credited in 3-4 days but have never received it yet.
