Sir
I have booked Air India return trip in Bangalore - Mumbai Sector. after booking to and fro, I found that I have paid Rs 1565/- more than the amount, which I would have paid if booked separately on the same flights.

Usually a customer book return trip with hope for a discount and most of the airlines offer it. However, in this case customer had to pay more. This is totally against customer right. Air India must inform while booking that the passenger has to pay more if he books to and fro journey.

Kindly help. How to proceed. In this way thousands of users are cheated which must not be allowed to be continued.

Best of regards,

Diptiman Biswas
