I had booked a ticket in Kingfisher flight IT2822 flying from Indore to Hyderabad for 27th Nov, 2011, with following details -
PNR number - DFAFDS
E-Ticket number - 0902471699369
The flight got cancelled and I had raised a cancellation request (Cancellation Ref number 0900470383237) on 24th of November. I was told that the amount will be credited to my account within 5 working days. The amount hasn't been credited to my credit card. After a number of calls that I made to Kingfisher customer care folks, they told me to wait for one billing cycle to get reflected in credit card. Still there isn't any credit done. When I called them back again, they told me that it has been done at their end on 24th itself, and it is to be taken up with bank now. When I asked the bank folks and checked the transaction details myself, I could not find an entry indicating the transaction has been made. I have written multiple times to them asking the transaction ID, etc. But they haven't reverted to me till date.
I have the email communication saved in my mailbox, which I can produce anytime. I want atleast my money back (with interest) and also charge them for the inconvenience and mental torture caused to me by them.
