From Hyderabad to Mumbai on 17-Dec-2011

I have booked indigo flight ticket by selecting meals and for that indigo has been charged arround 2,000Rs extra for 3 persons.
but in journey indigo flight not provided food and anouncement has been given as food will be charged extra.
i have booked flight for my parents thinking that how come they will travel without food in journey and this wont be good.But for them food was not served and indigo filght anouncement has been given as if food want you have pay money.
they have not served food in flight and when i have written mail to indigo custome relations ,they replied as we have investigated and found that food was served.
what does it mean indigo is directly saying as I'm lying how rediculous is that.
indigo did mistake and blaming me and my parents how rediculus is that..for this kind of service some one should punish them other wise how come they would get to know how they are.......
i'm complaining only because they should know how they are playing with people relations directly they are hurting people relations...
please take some one action ....
