Dear Sir,

I booked a ticket of Jet Airways from Delhi to Visakhapatnam using goibibo.com for 23rd october 2011 .

Due to some technical problem at visakhapatnam the flight got diverted to hyderabad, at hyderabad the Jet Airways Authority told me that you will be refunded your full amount and issued me a virtual cancellation ticket , they asked me to contact the service provider to avail the refund .

I contacted goibibo for the same , they asked me to mail them the scanned copy of virtual ticket to travel@ibibogroup.com , which i did.

Now for last three months I have been following this matter with them , but they are not refunding my money . Their customer care representatives are trying to mislead me by telling that " you will receive your money within 14 days " . At least 5 times they told me the same thing. They even told that " you will be receiving a call from us soon " but these guy's hardly call . They just try to fool me , every time i call them.

Now whenever i am trying to lodge a new complaint an automated reply will come from their side that " your request is in under process " . After that no one will reply.

I am fed up of following this matter with them .

So, I request you to kindly help in this matter.
