This is to inform you that i had booked 3 tickets from jaipur to amritsar from jet airways website. I used SBI Maestro debit card for the transaction. After filling all my card details , when I pressed submit , a blank window appeared . No ticket was on display . Also no ticket was sent to my email account. On talking to jetairways call centre executive , i learned that the tickets had not been booked. But the amount Rs 13000 had been deducted from my account . Please advise me what needs to be done. I'll be highly grateful.
