I had made booking on phone with cleartrip id:1112017594 and later cancelled that. For that I had paid Rs.8032 instead of total fare Rs.8832(Got Rs.800 discount through offer CTHDFC40 )total charge as

I had done cancellation of above ticket on 15th Dec, 2011.
While doing cancellation I was told the total deduction will be Rs2100 (750+750 airline charges as it is return journey and Rs.300+300 cleartrip charges) but on 19th Dec I had received refund in my account which is only Rs. 4332 that is total deduction Rs.3700 instead of Rs.2100. According to CTHDFC40 discount policy — In case you cancel the booking (in part or full) the entire cashback availed for the said booking will be deducted from the refund amount. It means Rs 800 more will be deducted. That is Rs. 2900 in total but total deduction is Rs. 3700. Rs.800 extra was deducted. When I called there customer service then they say that it you had availed two offers so Cleartrip but there is no effect of the second offer on my payment as total fare was Rs. 8832 and i paid Rs. 8032. So only one discount of Rs.800. Cleartrip is just making fool of customer. please help me in this regard.
